Dear Mr Volp,
Thank you for your email. Your comments are noted.
However, we would have hoped you would have felt able to comment on the questions raised within our synopsis, as to the accuracy, omissions and thoroughness of the contents of the Arboricultural Assessment, accompanying drawings and relevant passages within the Design and Access Statement.
Could we therefore ask you to answer the specific points raised and also for your comments, on other important young and mature trees, as well as those covered by Tree Preservation Orders, that are in danger or may be lost during construction and subsequent operation of the development.
We believe that, while the accuracy of the survey is being investigated so that the full implications of the potential risk to and loss of trees, including trees covered by TPO's can be understood the Outline Application should be withdrawn. We would hope that, as the Officer concerned with the protection of trees you would have sympathy with this view.
Yours Sincerely,
CRC
