Please find attached a synopsis compiled by the CRC (College Redevelopment Concerns) Committee, to raise concerns relating to the Planning Application for the redevelopment of Norwich City College

(i) For your information we bring to your attention that this synopsis will be posted on our website http://collegeredevelopmentconcerns.blogspot.com/

(ii) The Committee and the residents’ we represent will look for, from those addressed or concerned, full and detailed answers to the questions and points raised within the synopsis. These replies, when received, will also be posted on our website.

(iii) For a better understanding for those who are not aware of planning regulations, we have sought to be explicit in our synopsis and have therefore quoted fully from referenced sources and where we have considered it necessary referenced Local Plans.

(iv) We have not felt it necessary in this email to attach the appendix which sets out the Norwich City Council Local Plans referred to in the synopsis. For a full list of the Local Plans referred to see page 2 of the synopsis.
